How Can I Contest a Will?

• If you believe that a Will was carried out incorrectly you will need to fight this in the Orphan’s court.
• You will have to file a caveat that says the Will was not correct. The court will then start a hearing to see if the request had substance.
• If the Will is in probate you will have to raise a contest of the will, which you will need to explain what is wrong with the will in court.
