Do I Have Any Recourse if I Was Left Out of My Parent’s Will?

• You will need to locate witnesses to describe your parent’s mental state, if they had dementia or Alzheimer’s.
• You will need to file a Will contest in the Pennsylvania Orphan’s Court outlining your reasoning and their medical reports.
