I already claimed inheritance taxes on a trust and annuity on my Fed and state PA income tax, why do I have to pay more to the register of wills?

Have your probate lawyer or accountant take a look to verify if you actually owe the tax. If you don’t they can prepare the appropriate response to the Department of Revenue.
